Use this form to request deletion of an account and its associated personal data, or specific data held by Steady Circuit Ltd (SteadyCircuit). You do not need to install an app or sign in to submit a request.

What happens next

We verify the request. We’ll contact the account email to confirm ownership before making changes.
We confirm the scope. Account deletion covers your account profile and associated personal data held for the selected product. For a data-only request, tell us what to remove.
We follow up. We’ll explain the expected completion time, any information that must be retained, and confirm when your request is complete.

How long does it take?

We act without undue delay and normally complete your request, or explain why we cannot, within one calendar month of receiving it. If we reasonably need more information to verify your identity, this period starts when we receive that information.

For complex requests, or multiple requests from the same person, we may extend the deadline by up to two further months. We’ll tell you within the initial month and explain why.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited records where legally required or permitted, for example to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If an exception applies, we’ll explain what is retained, why, and for how long when we respond.

Subscriptions and access

Account deletion removes access to that account. If you have an app-store subscription, check its status with your store; sending this request does not cancel a subscription.
